PE FOAM SHEETS

Polyethylene (PE) is a versatile closed cell foam made from blended copolymers and Polyethylene. It is semi-rigid product which has high level of chemical cross linking which is used in variety of products and applications.
EVA foam is produced in moulds in high pressure and maintained temperature. It is produced in the form of a bun which has specific length, width and thickness which depends upon the foam’s density. Further, this bun is split into desired thickness and sizes for further usage.
Polyethylene and EVA foam are somewhat similar; however PE foam is more heat resistant, more firmer, better compression set and more cost effective than EVA.
Polyethylene foam is an effective replacement for many materials like neoprene, natural rubber, PU foam, PVC foam, felt and wood composites.
