EVA FOAM SHEETS
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam is closed cell foam made from blended copolymers and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate. It is semi-rigid product which has high level of chemical cross linking and have fine uniform cell structure which is used in variety of products and applications.
EVA foam is produced in moulds in high pressure and maintained temperature. It is produced in the form of a bun which has specific length, width and thickness which depends upon the foam’s density. Further, this bun is split into desired thickness and sizes for further usage.
EVA and PE foams are somewhat similar; however EVA is more flexible and softer then PE foam, and has better revival characteristics when it is compressed.
